Bad Bunny never does what’s expected — and his historic residency in Puerto Rico this summer is no exception. Rather than launch a worldwide tour first, the superstar decided to give fans a chance to come to him and the island that’s always inspired him by launching a 10-week run of performances at the iconic “El Choli” Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

Fittingly, Puerto Rico is the focus of his most recent album DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, so a residency is the perfect invitation for people to see the island and its traditions. The shows kicked off on July 11 and already, they’ve drawn out all-star attendees, from LeBron James to Mbappe, and special guests, like RaiNao and Jowell & Randy. In between, Bad Bunny has had sweet moments with fans and he’s even gotten teary singing some of the songs on the set list.
