A Week in the Life of a Showgirl

Since announcing her new album The Life of a Showgirlin August, Taylor Swift was eerily silent and barely seen out in public — outside of a special engagement announcement with partner Travis Kelce.

That was until the day she released her 12th album: Since October 3rd, the world has been in the midst of a Taylor Takeover. Between New York and London, she’s been doing radio interviews and late-night appearances on full throttle. For fans, she premiered her music video for “The Fate of Ophelia” in theaters, along with lyric videos for every track and the stories behind the songs. It’s been a big, busy week that will certainly end with even bigger numbers when the album and songs debut on the Billboard charts this weekend.
