Hello Mary at Bowery Ballroom: Backstage With the New York Rock Band

New York rock trio Hello Mary came to Bowery Ballroom on Oct. 24 for a noisy, fun hometown show. The Rolling Stone Artist You Need to Know alums, who recently released an excellently moody new album called Emita Ox, headlined the downtown Manhattan venue with support from Philadelphia’s Bleary Eyed and fellow New York act Starcleaner Reunion. We caught up with Hello Mary’s singer-guitarist Helena Straight, drummer-singer Stella Wave, and bass player Mikaela Oppenheimer before the show and captured it all in photos.
