Cyndi Lauper’s ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour’ in New York

Cyndi Lauper brought her  “farewell tour” to Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, days after Trump and his MAGA fans held a hate-filled rally at the arena. “We need a lot of love here tonight to dissipate a lot of the hate that was here, she told the sold-out crowd.  The legendary singer, actress, and activist, 71, performed all the hits and then some, and dazzled the rapturous crowd with her vocal stamina, nonstop energy, and humor.
