The Best Moments From All Things Go
The New York City edition of All Things Go was a jam-packed spectacle, full of major stars, onstage surprises, and tons of explosive sets that made the festival bigger than ever. Though it launched as a small event in 2014, it’s since bubbled into a giant three-day bonanza, and this year’s iteration featured one of its most star-powered lineups, with Lucy Dacus, Doechii, and Clairo all taking the stage for headlining sets.
Every night had a giant talent roster that unfolded at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens. On Friday, rising acts like the Aces, Maude Latour, and Rachel Chinouriri energized the crowd before Gigi Perez, Djo, and Lucy Dacus took things over in the evening. Dacus surprised New Yorkers with a charged political statement: She brought out mayoral hopeful Zohran Mamdani, who spoke about the festival’s celebration of LGBTQ communities. “I feel such love and joy in the crowd this evening, and this is what our city should feel like,” he said “It should be a city where trans New Yorkers are cherished, a city where our queer neighbors are celebrated, and a city where each and every New Yorker can be the fullest version of themselves.”
Saturday included Peach PRC, Lola Young, and Remi Wolf, who eventually turned the stage over to Doechii’s show-stopping headlining set. The rap star brought the house down, electrifying fans even during pouring rain. On Sunday, it was Clairo’s time to shine. Though her set was cut short, seemingly because of a noise ordinance, she still got through about 18 songs and had fans singing every word.
